ABUJA — The Federal Government of Nigeria has awarded a ₦114.85 billion contract for the full reconstruction of the 73-kilometer Osogbo–Iwo–Ibadan road linking Osun and Oyo states.
The contract, valued at ₦114,854,477,607.93, was awarded to Messrs Peculiar Ultimate Concerns Limited. Agreement documents were signed on May 15, 2026, marking the start of the procurement and execution phases.
The project covers the complete reconstruction of the 73-kilometer stretch, which connects key commercial and commuter routes between the two states.
