i reported the gift”

A source who was a former Local Government Chairmen and one of the boys of Adelabu in a detailed narrative to papermacheonline alleged that the national secretary of the APC, Senator Iyiola Omisore received a brand new G-Wagon car from Adelabu with a promise of support and also get him Asiwaju Bola Tinubu’s backing.
The aggrieved who claimed many people in their camp were furious when their principal, Adelabu lost the ticket and left the APC for Accord where he planned to actualise his ambition have demanded for the return of the car gift given Omisore.
In his words ‘it was obvious the primaries was marred with irregularities. Folarin couldn’t have won, but they changed the names of the delegates, and Omisore who promised to help us present a good case didn’t do anything! He should just return the car gift, at least we’ve left the party for them’.
Adelabu in a letter addressed to the leadership of the APC after the primaries voiced his anger at what he described a ‘daylight robbery’ that translated to the ‘jagba’ tactics of Senator Teslim Folarin and he vowed to seek a legal redress into the matter.
Adelabu was not the only politician that left the APC after the primaries, late governor Ajimobi’s son-in-law, Kolapo Kola Daisi and some other prominent members of the APC moved to join the Accord Party in the State with a purpose at achieving all that the APC denied them.
