NNPC Announces Adjustment in Pump Price of PMS

48hrs after President Bola Ahmed Tinubu stated in his inauguration speech that the fuel subsidy regime is gone, developments in the petroleum downstream sector has been moving at a rapid pace.

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited after backing the fuel subsidy removal statement of the President has released a new pump price adjustment to the premium motor spirit (PMS) across the country.  

In its latest press statement signed by the Chief Corporate Communications Officer, Mr. Garba Deen Muhammad the NNPC informed Nigerians that there have been adjustments to the PMS pump prices.

According to the NNPC, this was applicable to all the retail outlets across the country and was in line with current market realities.

The statement further read “As we strive to provide you with the quality service for which we are known, it is pertinent to note that prices will continue to fluctuate to reflect market dynamics.”

NNPC assured Nigerians that it was committed to ensuring ceaseless supply of products, and regretted the inconveniences the development has caused
